Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are offered only if the item is in stock

If unavailable, store credit will be issued

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Damages and Errors

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Maison Mes Anges offers complimentary replacement if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please email our team for help.

Sale items, discounted items, or promotional offers

Accessories (hats, ties, scarves, rings) for hygiene & quality control

Refund Type

All approved returns are issued as store credit

Store credit does not expire
